What are Seasons?

In Pokémon GO, Seasons are periods of time that feature new events, Pokémon debuts, and surprises that all follow a certain theme.

As the Seasons change, you may also find different Pokémon appearing in your area and hatching from Eggs. Make sure to explore during each in-game Season to collect and train as many different Pokémon as you can! You’ll also enjoy special bonuses as you do.

With Party Play, Trainers can play and complete challenges together in one shared in-game experience.

Party Play lets four total Trainers—level 15 and above—adventure as a party together. You’ll even get to see your friends’ avatars on your in-game map! Whether you’re looking to represent your team, take on new challenges, or capture memories while catching Pokémon, Party Play makes it possible.

Routes are created by traveling Trainers, just like yourself! Imagine what you’ll find as you travel another Trainer’s Route—an encounter with your favorite Pokémon? A new friend to help you take on Raid Battles? Follow a Route and find out!

Seasonal highlights

Timeless Travels: Eggs-pedition Access

Provision for the travels ahead!

At the start of each month in Timeless Travels, Trainers will be able to purchase a new ticketed experience that includes bonuses and Timed Research!

Throughout Pokémon GO: Timeless Travels, you’ll be able to come across Pokémon found in the Hisui region, and stock up on items like Incubators!

Be sure to check out the in-game shop regularly! You’ll never know what wares and wonders you may find.
